What the hired candidate will actually be doing in the job.
This is a crucial section of any job advert, but it’s one that is often overlooked in terms of importance. In these questions get you to specify key tasks and responsibilities that your target hire will be doing in the role.
This is your chance to ‘sell’ the hiring company to your perfect, target candidate.
As such, with these questions you’ll be asked what makes the company stand out from the competition and importantly, why the target hire should want to work for them. This section can be crucial to pushing people over the line.
AdBuilder creates four versions of your job advert (‘Formal‘, ‘Edgy‘, ‘Informal‘, and ‘Simple‘), each style differing in tone and structure to lend itself to different types of adverts.

Once you’re happy with any edits or tweaks you’ve made to your chosen version, hit the copy to clipboard button, and then paste it directly into the job description section of your chosen job board.
